This 20 7/8 inch X 12 3/4 inch X 1 1/2 inch Paderno World Cuisine stainless steel hotel steam pan is part of a standardized set of pans to fit universal racks heating elements and walk-in coolers. Because all these sizes are standard they can be used in almost any segment of the food industry. All inserts are stackable with rounded reinforced edges. They are made of AISI 430 polished stainless steel which conform to international regulations. They have a seamless construction and are durable corrosion-resistant and non-tarnishing. They do not react to any food and protect flavors.
